Plasma clouds, hard angles and deep space converge in a nicely balanced harmonic display of colour and form. Rendered in Photoshop 6 with a quad-pass of KPT FraxFlame II, overlaid with a spectacular image of the Orion Nebula culled from APOD.

    FraxFlame II is a Photoshop plug-in/filter bundled as part of the KPT (Kai’s Power Tools) collection published by Corel. Here a quick overview of a few images and the filter interface :^)
